Reimagining Team Collaboration

My Role
Product Designer
Defined product vision and translated it into a frictionless meeting experience.
Led end-to-end design from concept through launch, including research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and UI.
Created brand identity and visual design system for the product.
Target Audience
Small to medium remote teams (startups, agencies, product teams) that prioritize speed, alignment, and simplicity.

Problem
Current video conferencing tools are bloated with features that distract from the core need: quick, effortless team communication. Most tools rely on invite links, calendar integrations, or complex flows that slow down momentum and increase cognitive load.
Solution
Design a simple, intuitive web-based meeting tool where users can:
See active and scheduled team rooms
Join calls with one click (no links, no codes)
Collaborate with contextual tools like shared notes
Quickly invite teammates to rooms
Store light meeting history (notes, timestamps, attendees)
Discovery
Key Insights:
“Too many clicks just to talk.”
“I hate digging through Slack to find the right link.”
“Quick meetings are too hard to spin up on the fly.”
“We use Zoom, but we don't use 90% of what it does.”
